A Natural Warning

Herbal remedies can interact in bad ways with drugs

Maybe you've just had it with all the drugs your doctor wants you to take. Or maybe you just think natural is better.

Well, the American Academy of Family Physicians has a warning for you: Be careful. Turns out even natural remedies can cause problems. For one thing, they can interact with drugs.

Ginkgo biloba, for instance, can promote bleeding, and when it is used with aspirin, it can cause problems for some people.

So, if you want to go natural, consult your physician.
