Diet and exercise are key
(HealthDay News) -- A recurrence of cancer and other chronic health conditions, such as weight or heart problems, are common concerns after cancer treatment.
The American Society of Clinical Oncology recommends these lifestyle changes:
- Eat more nutritious foods.
- Stop using tobacco and restrict alcohol intake.
- Increase physical activity in safe and effective ways.
- Figure out healthy ways to manage stress.
