Fill your time with healthier habits
(HealthDay News) -- Once you've stopped smoking, it may be a challenge to substitute healthier habits.
The American Heart Association suggests:
- Watch an interesting movie.
- Find something you can create, make or build.
- Spruce up your yard by planting flowers.
- Relax with an afternoon nap.
- Write emails or letters to friends and family.
- Reminisce over home movies or photo albums.
