(HealthDay News) -- While anyone who applies sunscreen will benefit from its protection, some people should never venture outside without it, experts say.

The Cleveland Clinic suggests wearing sunscreen if you:

  • Spend a great deal of time outdoors.
  • Have fair skin that burns easily.
  • Ski often.
  • Frequently work in your garden.
  • Sunbathe.
