Hepatitis B Bladder Disorders Restless Leg Syndrome

(HealthDay News) -- Here are the latest clinical trials, courtesy of Thomson CenterWatch:

Hepatitis B

This is a research drug study to evaluate entecavir in subjects receiving liver transplant after suffering from chronic hepatitis B virus infection.

Volunteers at least 18 who are orthotopic liver transplant (OLT) patients with end-stage liver disease due to chronic HBV infection may qualify.

Bladder Disorders

This is a research study of an investigational medication for the treatment of overactive bladder.

Candidates over age 18 who have had a history of overactive bladder symptoms, such as increased frequency, urgency to urinate and accidental loss of control for more than 3 months may be eligible.

Restless Leg Syndrome

This is a clinical research trial for an investigational medication to treat Restless Leg Syndrome.

Volunteers between ages 18 and 80 who have a diagnosis of idiopathic Restless Leg Syndrome and are available for a three month study may be included.

The research site is in Phoenix, Ariz.
