This trial requires healthy people to dose with an investigational medication to treat heart conditions. Candidates include people who are 18-60 and not taking prescription medications seven days prior to the study, or herbal or dietary supplements 24 hours prior to the study.

Hypertension (High Blood Pressure)

This 13-week study will compare two currently marketed medications to a non-medicinal placebo among people with high blood pressure. Candidates 18 years or older diagnosed with high blood pressure may qualify. Participants will receive study visits, study medication, and ECG at no cost.

The research site is in North Dartmouth, Mass.

Crohn's Disease

This study will investigate the effectiveness of Remicade (infliximab) and Imuran (azathioprine) among people with moderate-to-severe Crohn's disease. Candidates must be at least 18, have had Crohn's disease for at least six weeks, are either corticosteroid-dependent or being considered for at least their second course of oral systemic corticosteroids in the past 12 months, and have not had intra-abdominal surgery within six months.

The research sites are located across the United States.
