This study will evaluate an investigational medication for asthma. Candidates must be aged 18 to 60, have asthma, and must not smoke.

This study will evaluate whether an approved medication combined with an investigational drug can reduce plaque build-up in the arteries. You may qualify if you have high cholesterol, are taking a cholesterol medication, or have a history of heart disease.

This study will evaluate an investigational drug to see if it reduces GERD symptoms in people who get only partial relief with their current medication.
