High Blood Pressure
This is a 52-week comparison study of medications for people with moderate-to-severe systolic high blood pressure. Participants must not have sulfa allergies and be willing to attend up to 11 clinic visits in the morning.
The research site is in Lincoln, Calif.
This study seeks post-menopausal women, 55 and older, who sometimes forget to take their osteoporosis medication or have stopped taking it. Participants will receive study-related care and study medication at no cost.

This study will investigate the impact of probiotics versus placebo on improving constipation in healthy people.
