This 12-week study will evaluate asimadoline in people aged 18 to 79 who have had diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome for at least six months.

This study is for current or former smokers who are diagnosed with COPD. Participants will receive study-related office visits and procedures at no cost, and may be compensated for time and travel.
