Autism

This trial will evaluate an investigational medication to help treat irritability, tantrums, agitation, and self-injurious behavior in children and adolescents with autism between the ages of 6-17. If your child qualifies for the study, he or she will be provided with at no cost: weekly examinations with a physician, on-site assessments with a psychologist, and study medication.

The research site is in Rolling Hills Estates, Calif.

Heartburn

This study will evaluate the investigational use of a medication already approved for the treatment of heartburn, to learn how well it specifically treats nighttime heartburn. You may qualify if you have had at least two episodes of nighttime heartburn per week over the past month.

The research site is in Brooklyn Center, Minn.
