This study is for people who have had knee pain for the past six months caused by osteoarthritis. Participants who qualify will receive all study related care and study medication at no cost, plus compensation for time and travel.

Chronic Constipation and Irritable Bowel Syndrome
This 12-week study will evaluate an investigational drug in people with chronic constipation or irritable bowel syndrome with constipation. Qualified participants will receive medical procedures, study medication (at no cost) and compensation for travel and time.
