Hot Flashes

This study will evaluate an investigational non-hormonal drug to treat hot flashes. Candidates must be 40 or older, post menopausal, and have seven-to-eight moderate-to-severe hot flashes in a 24-hour period.

High Cholesterol

This study will evaluate various lipid-lowering agents in people at high cardiac risk whose cholesterol is not well controlled with Lipitor 10 mg. Candidates must be aged 18 to 80 and be diabetic or have history of heart problems.
