If you are at least 18, have been diagnosed with chronic plaque psoriasis for at least six months, and are not pregnant or breast feeding, you may be eligible for this study.

If you are at least 65, have been diagnosed with epilepsy, and are being treated with one or two antiepileptic drugs, you may qualify for this study.
