Pancreatic Cancer

This study will evaluate the safety and effectiveness of TNFerade Biologic when administered with 5-FU and radiation therapy as first-line treatment of unresectable locally advanced pancreatic cancer. You may be eligible to participate if you are age 18 or older with unresectable, locally advanced adenocarcinoma of the pancreas. Additional criteria may apply.

Healthy Patient Studies

Covance GFI Research is looking for healthy men and women to participate in a medical research study. To qualify you must be age 18-55, a non-smoker, and willing to stay at the research center for seven consecutive overnights and make one outpatient visit.

Diabetes - Type 2

You may qualify for this study of an investigational medication to treat type 2 diabetes if you are ages 18 to 80, have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, and are currently on a stable dose of metformin or sulfonylurea monotherapy.
