Opioid-Induced Constipation Acne Asthma

This study is for people 18 and older who are taking opioid medication for chronic, non-malignant pain. Participation is about 12 weeks, and rescue medication is provided.
The research site is in Encinitas, Calif.
This study is for people 12 and older who have moderate-to-severe facial acne. Participants will receive one of three study gel formulations, and are required to make four office visits over about 11 weeks.
The research site is in Plano, Texas.
To qualify for this study of intravenous medication for mild-to-moderate asthma, you must be a healthy person, aged 18 to 60.
The research site is in Raleigh, N.C.
