Renal Cell Carcinoma

This clinical trial will evaluate the safety and efficacy of a study drug versus non-medicinal placebo in people with clear renal cell carcinoma and a high risk of recurrence. To qualify, you must be at least 18 and have prior nephrectomy (removal of all or a portion of the kidney) of primary kidney cell cancer with documented clear cell cancer. Other criteria apply.

Malignant Melanoma

This study will compare an investigational compound with existing therapies for advanced melanoma. Researchers are looking for people with surgically incurable melanoma, either Stage IIIC with N3 status for regional lymph nodes and in-transit or satellite lesions or Stage IV, among other criteria.
