Obesity

This weight-loss study will evaluate an investigational medication. To qualify, you must be between 18-70, be looking to lose weight, not have diabetes, and be willing to participate in a two-year study involving approximately 20 outpatient visits.

Asthma

This is a study of Xolair® in people with moderate-to-severe persistent asthma whose condition is inadequately controlled with high-dose inhaled corticosteroids and long-acting beta-agonists. Volunteers 12-75 who have had moderate-to-severe asthma for at least one year requiring use of corticosteroids and prednisone may qualify.

The research site is in North Syracuse, NY.

Urinary Incontinence

Does laughing, coughing, sneezing, or exercising cause you to accidentally leak urine? Women at least 18 who have had this condition for at least 12-months, are available for the minimum study duration of 12 months and maximum study duration of up to 3 years, and do not plan to get pregnant during the study period may be eligible.

The research site is in Morristown, NJ.
