Do you feel sad, empty, hopeless, unmotivated, isolated or anxious? If you have these symptoms, you may be eligible for this study for adults with depression. If you qualify, investigational study medication and study related care will be provided at no cost.

Diabetic Neuropathy

If you have type 1 or 2 diabetes, and have had painful neuropathy for six months to 10 years, you may be eligible this study evaluating three different doses of an investigational drug. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, not pregnant or breastfeeding, and have no history of drug or alcohol abuse.

Research site is in Madison, Wisc.

Heart Disease

This study will evaluate the effectiveness and safety of injections of your own stem cells to treat chronic chest pain. You may be eligible if you are ages 21 to 80 and cannot have conventional revascularization. Candidates may not have congestive heart failure, a history of moderate-to-severe aortic stenosis or prosthetic aortic valve, or a successful coronary revascularization within six months of study enrollment.

The research site is in Cincinnati, Ohio.
