People with squamous cell carcinoma of the head or neck may qualify for this study if they are at least 18 and have not been treated with any anti-cancer or any investigational drugs during the prior four weeks.

Proteinuria

People may qualify for this study if ages 1 to 17 without high blood pressure, or ages 6 to 17 with high blood pressure, or if they have a history of proteinuria. You may not participate if you are pregnant, nursing or intend to become pregnant during the study, or have participated in another research study within the last 30 days.

Hereditary Angioedema

If you are age 10 or older and have hereditary angioedema, you may be eligible to participate in this research study. You won't qualify if you are pregnant, nursing or intend to become pregnant during the study; have participated in another research study within the last 30 days; or have had treatment with C1-INH in the prior seven days.
