If you are 18 or older, have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, treated with metformin and have a body mass index of 25-45, you may qualify for this study.

If you are 18 or older with persistent atrial fibrillation or flutter (documented by EKG, rhythm strip or holter), you may qualify for this study.
