Epilepsy

This study will evaluate administering a flexible dose of brivaracetam to people with epilepsy. Volunteers 16 or older with epilepsy who have participated in previous brivaracetam trials and do not have severe medical, neurologic, or psychiatric disorders may be eligible.

Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD)

Do you worry a lot, feel tense, irritable, restless, have poor concentration, or difficulty sleeping? If anxiety is ruining your quality of life, you may be eligible to participate in this clinical study. You will receive at no cost a study related physical, EKG, blood tests, and an investigational medication.

Insomnia

People with insomnia may qualify to participate in this study of an investigational medication to see if it improves quality of sleep. Candidates who wake up frequently during the night, wake up too early in the morning without being able to fall back to sleep, or report problems with daytime fatigue or impairment may qualify.
