Depression (Major/Severe)

This is a research study to prevent suicidal behavior in people with major depressive disorder. Volunteers 18-75 who are currently in a major depressive episode, have a history of suicide attempt, do not have a history of bipolar disorder, and do not have a known contraindication to Paxil or Wellbutrin may be eligible.

Breast Pain

Breast pain is a common complaint in women, especially those of childbearing age. If you are a woman at least 18 years old and have breast pain, you may be eligible to participate in this clinical study of an investigational medication.

The research sites are located across the United States.

Knee Injuries

Researchers are evaluating how different exercises affect pain, strength, muscle activity, and function in women with knee pain. Women 17-35 may be included who have had knee pain for at least one month and are otherwise healthy. Total study time will be approximately 10 hours over 6 weeks.
