Head and Neck Cancer

This is a study of TNFerade ™ combined with concomitant radiotherapy, Fluorouracil, and Hydroxyurea (TNF-FHX) in people with head and neck cancer. Volunteers 18 or older may qualify who have a locoregional tumor amenable to reirradiation, and who have a life expectancy of greater than 12 weeks. Other criteria apply.

Fibromyalgia

This is a study of an investigational medication for fibromyalgia. You may be eligible if you have symptoms including at least three months of aching pain or discomfort through the entire body, or in certain regions. Compensation may be available for time and travel. Study related medical evaluation, lab tests and study medication is provided at no cost, and insurance will not be billed.

The research site is in Toledo, Ohio.

Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM)

People at least 18 with a newly confirmed diagnosis of GBM are invited to participate in this study. You are not eligible if you have an active infection requiring treatment, are receiving more than 2 mg. of dexamethasone or equivalent of systemic corticosteroid therapy, or have a history of alcohol or drug abuse.

The research site is in Cedar Knolls, NJ.
