Migraine and Cluster Headaches

This medical research study will evaluate how well an approved medicine works for migraine headaches. To qualify, you must be 18 to 65 with a history of migraines. Study-related medication or placebo, as well as study-related medical care will be provided at no cost.

Cutaneous Lupus Erythematosus

People between 18 and 60 with refractory cutaneous lupus erythematosus are needed to participate in a research study of a monoclonal antibody. Volunteers who are otherwise in good health and have been on a stable dose of any existing medications for four weeks may qualify. Two overnight stays are required, and multiple blood draws will be performed throughout the study.

Rheumatoid Arthritis

This study will evaluate the safety and effectiveness of fontolizumab to treat active rheumatoid arthritis. Candidates must be at least 18 diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis functional class I, II, or III for at least six months. Participants also must have at least six swollen joints and six tender, painful joints, and must have been on a stable rheumatoid arthritis treatment for at least 30 days.

The research sites are located throughout the United States.
