An estimated 12 million Americans have restless legs syndrome (RLS), which is characterized by discomfort or pain in the legs that worsens at night or when resting, and a strong urge to move the legs for relief.

This study is evaluating an investigational drug for people with major depressive disorder (MDD). You may be eligible if you are at least 18, have a primary diagnosis of MDD, and have had depressive symptoms for at least one month.
