Gout with Kidney Disease
This study will evaluate the effects of febuxostat versus placebo in gout patients with hyperuricemia and moderate-to-severe renal impairment. Male candidates must be 18 or older; female candidates must be 45 or older.

Opioid Induced Constipation
This study is for people who have constipation as a result of taking an opioid medication for non-cancerous pain.
The research site is in Omaha, Neb.
This study will evaluate how smoking affects the body. Candidates must be aged 18 to 50, smoke cigarettes regularly, and be in generally good health.
