Adenocarcinoma Migraine and Cluster Headaches Pancreatic Cancer

Adenocarcinoma

This study will evaluate an investigational drug's effectiveness, when used in combination with other drugs, in slowing the progression of breast cancer. Participants must be at least 18, diagnosed with HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer, and be eligible for chemotherapy.

Migraine and Cluster Headaches

This study will evaluate an investigational medication to treat migraines. Participants must be at least 18, have a history of migraines for at least one year, and have had one to eight migraine attacks per month for the past two months. Participants will be compensated for time and travel.

Pancreatic Cancer

This study will assess the safety and effectiveness of TNFerade in combination with 5-FU and radiation therapy as first-line treatments for unresectable locally advanced pancreatic cancer. Patients must be 18 or older, and additional eligibility criteria apply.
