This study will evaluate the safety, tolerability, and effectiveness of KD-247, an investigational anti-HIV drug.

If you are aged 12 to 40 and have moderate-to-severe facial acne, you may be eligible to participate in this study of investigational medication.
The research site is in Beaumont, Texas.
If you are a pre-menopausal women who is at least 18, and has breast pain at about the same time as your regular menstrual periods, you may qualify for this study.
The research site is in Columbus, Ohio.
