Migraine and Cluster Headaches Diabetes - Type 2 Hypertension (High Blood Pressure)

Migraine and Cluster Headaches

This study will evaluate the effectiveness of an experimental drug to treat migraine headaches. Eligible volunteers must be 18-65, must have experienced a migraine attack prior to age 50 and attacks have been present more than one year, must have at least one migraine per month and an average of not more than six per month, and must not have a history of vomiting during more than 20 percent of migraines.

Diabetes - Type 2

This research study will evaluate an investigational treatment for diabetic foot wounds. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age with type 2 diabetes and a non-healing foot wound. Participants will receive study supervision by a board-certified podiatrist, study-related tests, exams, and medication at no charge, as well as compensation for time and travel.

The research site is in Phoenix, Ariz.

Hypertension (High Blood Pressure)

This research study will evaluate the effectiveness of an investigational medication in combination with an approved medication to treat high blood pressure. Volunteers 18 or older who have known or suspected high blood pressure may qualify. People at risk for high blood pressure include: African Americans and Hispanics, men over age 55, post-menopausal women, people with high cholesterol or diabetes, and people who smoke or are overweight.
