Rheumatoid Arthritis

A research study of an investigational medication to treat rheumatoid arthritis. Volunteers 18 - 80 who have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis for at least six months and have failed treatment with at least one but no more than five disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARDS) or biologics (other than methotrexate) may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.

Pneumonia

A research study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of two investigational medications for the treatment of pneumonia. Eligible volunteers may include those 18 or older who have acute hospital-acquired pneumonia, in which symptoms occurred 48 hours after admission to an acute care hospital or chronic care facility, or 7 days or less after a patient was discharged from the hospital. Research sites located throughout the United States.
