A research study of a once-daily oral medication for COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease). Eligible volunteers may include those over age 40 who are current or former smokers and are experiencing symptoms of COPD, including shortness of breath at rest or upon exertion, cough, and/or sputum production (phlegm). Research site located in St. Louis, Mo.

Crohn's Disease

A research study to determine if an investigational medication can safely and effectively reduce the signs and symptoms of Crohn's disease. Volunteers 18 and older who have been diagnosed with active Crohn's disease may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.

Asthma

A research study of an investigational medication to treat asthma. Volunteers at least 15 years old who have been diagnosed with asthma, are non-smokers, and are currently treated with an inhaled asthma medication may be eligible. Research site located in Manlius, NY.
