A research study to evaluate the effects of an investigational medication on vertabral fracture incidence and on invasive breast cancer incidence in postmenopausal women with osteoporosis or with low bone density without osteoporosis. Ambulatory women between 60 and 85 who do not have any severe or chronically disabling conditions may be eligible. Research site located in Princeton, NJ.

Osteoarthritis

A research study to determine the efficacy and safety of an investigational medication in people with moderate to severe chronic osteoarthritic pain of the hip or knee. Volunteers 40 to 75 who have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis (OA) of the hip or knee for a year or longer and whose average weekly pain due to OA for the 14 days prior to enrollment in the study is moderate to severe may be eligible. Research site located in Watertown, SD.

Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD - Adults)

A research study of an investigational medication for adults who have or believe they have attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Symptoms include difficulty managing time, becoming easily bored or restless, and difficulty staying organized. Volunteers 18 and older may be eligible. Research site located in Minneapolis, Minn.
