A study to evaluate the safety of giving two drugs to patients with advanced breast cancer. Volunteers who have received prior chemotherapy with Taxol (paclitaxel) or Taxotere (docetaxel) and have had less than 3 different chemotherapy types for metastatic disease may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.

Cardiac Surgery

A study to evaluate the effects of an investigational drug on patients having a procedure called a percutaneous coronary intervention (also referred to as PCI) -- in which a doctor attempts to open a blocked vessel in the heart using a catheter that has a small balloon on the end. Volunteers who are candidates for elective or urgent PCI with intended coronary stenting may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.

Skin Cancer

A study to evaluate the ability of an investigational medication to prevent or slow the recurrence of melanoma. Volunteers with stage III or stage IV melanoma who have had all clinically-detectable disease surgically removed may be eligible. Research site located in Little Rock, Arkansas.
