Adenocarcinoma

A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, phase III study in patients with metastatic adenocarcinoma of the colon or rectum who are receiving first-line chemotherapy and an investigational drug or placebo. This study is being conducted to compare the progression-free survival in patients being treated with combination chemotherapy plus an investigational drug versus combination chemotherapy plus placebo. Lung Cancer

This non-randomized, open-label, outpatient clinical trial is designed to assess the safety and efficacy of daily orally administered EKB-569 in subjects with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Patients must have been previously treated with a platinum- and docetaxel-based therapy either given concurrently or as separate regimens. Research sites located throughout the United States.
