A study to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of an investigational medication versus placebo in the treatment of migraine headaches. Volunteers between 16 and 65 who have been clinically diagnosed with migraine headaches with and without aura for at least one year prior to study may be eligible. Research site located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

A study to test the effectiveness of two investigational medications in treating patients who have head and neck cancer that has come back or has spread to other parts of the body. Volunteers at least 18 years old who have a measurable disease and who have not had a chemotherapy treatment for at least 4 weeks may be eligible. Research site located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
