Psoriatic Arthritis

The primary objective of the study is to estimate the proportion of people achieving a greater than 0.50 unit improvement from baseline in the HQA disability index at month 24. Participants must be at least 18 years of age with psoriasis or previous evidence of psoriasis documented by a dermatologist. Research sites located throughout Canada.

Depression

Dr. Anita Clayton with the UVA Health System Center for Psychiatric Clinical Research is conducting a research study of an investigational drug combination for depression. You may qualify if you are over age 18 and you've experienced these symptoms nearly every day for the past twelve weeks or more: feeling sad or depressed most of the day, losing interest in your usual daily activities, feelings of hopelessness, worthlessness or guilt, sleeplessness or lack of energy. If you qualify, you will receive investigational drugs and regular study-related medical evaluations at no cost. Research site located in Charlottesville, Va.

Pancreatic Cancer

The objectives of this multi-center, randomized, controlled trial are to evaluate the safety and efficacy of PANVAC-VF in combination with GM-CSF versus best supportive care or palliative chemotherapy. Participants must be at least 18 years of age who have been vaccinated against smallpox, have histologically confirmed diagnosis of adenocarcinoma of the pancreas and has metastatic (Stage IV) disease. Research site located in Orange, Calif.
