Hypertension (High Blood Pressure)

A research study to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of an FDA-approved medication for treating patients with hypertension and abnormal heart function. Volunteers 45 and older who have a medical diagnosis of hypertension and are willing to have a clinical test to determine if they have an abnormal heart function may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.
