A clinical research study to assess the safety and effectiveness of an investigational study drug which may alleviate pain in the lower extremities of subjects who have diabetic neuropathy. Volunteers 18 to 80 years of age who have been diagnosed with diabetes mellitus may be eligible to participate. Research sites located throughout the United States.
