Lung Cancer

A clinical research study to assess the antitumor activity of CI-1033 in patients with progressive or recurrent, locally advanced (Stage IIIb) or metastatic (Stage IV) non-small cell lung cancer. Volunteers who are least 18 years old and have a histologically or cytologically documented diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the world.

Breast Cancer

A phase II study of CI-1033 in treating patients with metastatic (stage IV) breast cancer. Patients with histologically confirmed metastatic (Stage IV) breast cancer and who have received no more than two prior cytotoxic chemotherapy regimens may be eligible.
