Prostate Cancer

A research study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of an investigational medication for the treatment of androgen-independent prostate cancer (AIPC). Volunteers 18 or older who have a histological confirmation of adenocarcinoma of the prostate with evidence of metastatic disease including either lymph node metastasis measurable by CT and/or bone metastasis may be eligible to participate. Research sites located throughout the United States.

A research study of a device used in total knee replacement surgery. Volunteers between ages 21 and 80 who have a non-inflammatory joint disease and require replacement of their natural knee joint may be eligible. Research site located in Boca Raton, Fla.

Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD - Pediatric)

A research study of an investigational medication for the treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in children and adolescents. Volunteers between ages 6 and 17 who have been diagnosed with ADHD and have some or all of the following symptoms; impulsive, hyperactive, distracted, forgetful; may be eligible. Research site located in Pittsburgh, Penn.
