Diabetes - Type 2

A research study of an investigational medication for hypertensive patients with type 2 diabetes. Volunteers between 18 and 75 who have the ability to go off all anti-hypertensive medications and who have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.

Hepatitis

A research study of an investigational medication for the treatment of hepatitis C in patients with thalassemia. Volunteers 18 or older who have thalassemia and are hepatitis C positive as shown by a blood test may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.
