A multicenter, clinical study to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of both an embolic agent and infusion catheter for a non surgical treatment of symptomatic uterine fibroids. Women who have been diagnosed with symptomatic uterine fibroids and who don't wish to become pregnant may be eligible to participate. Research site located in Falls Church, Virginia.

Dementia

A research study of a new investigational drug treatment for patients with dementia due to vascular disease of the brain. Volunteers who are between the ages of 50 and 85, have a diagnosis of vascular dementia, are in generally good health, and have a caregiver who will participate in the study with them may be eligible to participate. Research site located in Columbus, Ohio.
