Anemia

A research study of an investigational medication for the treatment of chronic renal anemia. Volunteers over 18 who have been diagnosed with chronic renal anemia, who are receiving dialysis for chronic kidney disease, and who are currently receiving epoetin therapy may be eligible. Research sites located in Great Neck and Bronx, N.Y.

Rheumatoid Arthritis

A research study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of an investigational oral medication for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Volunteers 18 to 75 who have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis for more than six months and who have been receiving stable weekly methotrexate therapy for at least eight weeks may be eligible. Research site located in St. Louis, Mo.
