A research study to compare the long-term safety and effectiveness of an investigational drug on decreasing the risk of heart problems in adults with low cholesterol. Men ages 55 and older, and women ages 65 and older with low LDL cholesterol and no history of heart problems may be eligible. Research site located in Little Rock, Ark.
Diabetes - Type 2
An experimental research study to assess the safety and effectiveness of an investigational medication in treating type 2 diabetes when taken with insulin. Adult volunteers with type 2 diabetes who are currently taking insulin may qualify for this study. Research sites located throughout the United States.
A research study to assess an investigational medication in patients with osteoporosis. Women who are currently taking medication for the prevention or treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis may be eligible. Research site located in Morristown, Tenn.
