A study to determine if an investigational medication can safely and effectively reduce the signs and symptoms of Crohn's disease. Volunteers at least 18 years old who have been diagnosed with active Crohn's may be eligible. Research site located in Laurel, MD.

Volunteers 18 or older who have histologically documented adenocarcinoma of the prostate and whose cancer has progressed while on hormone therapy may be eligible. A research study of an investigational medication for patients with depression associated with bipolar disorder. Volunteers between 18 and 60 who feel depressed most of the day, nearly every day; lose interest in activities; and find it difficult to concentrate, and who have bipolar disorder may be eligible.
