Volunteers 18 or older who have histologically documented adenocarcinoma of the prostate and whose cancer has progressed while on hormone therapy may be eligible. A research study of an investigational medication for patients with depression associated with bipolar disorder. Volunteers between 18 and 60 who feel depressed most of the day, nearly every day; lose interest in activities; and find it difficult to concentrate, and who have bipolar disorder may be eligible.
