Depression

A study to compare the effects of an investigational drug, a marketed drug, and placebo on sexual functioning in adults diagnosed with moderate to severe depression. Volunteers at least 18 years old who are not taking medicine to treat depression and who currently have normal sexual function may be eligible. Research site located in Baltimore, MD.

Asthma

A research study to compare a combination inhaled steroid to Advair for the treatment of asthma. Volunteers at least 12 years old who are generally healthy, have been diagnosed with asthma for at least six months and have been using an inhaled steroid may be eligible. Research site located in Ann Arbor, Mich.
