A research study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of an investigational medication for patients with myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS). Volunteers 18 and older with a diagnosis of MDS based on WHO classification and confirmed by bone marrow biopsy may be eligible. Research site located in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.

Coronary Artery Disease

A clinical research study for patients with coronary artery disease. Volunteers 18 and older who experience symptoms of cardiac ischemia at rest (angina or anginal equicalent) with an episode lasting at least 10 minutes within 24 hours of randomization may be eligible. Research site located in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.
