Volunteers age 18 - 75 who have had a major depressive episode and who have had depressive symptoms for more than two years without remission may be eligible. Research site located in New York, NY.

Healthy Patient Studies

A research study of circadian rhythms (the body clock) in healthy people. Volunteers age 18 - 45 may be eligible. Participants may be assigned to specified sleep schedules. Saliva samples may be taken but there are no invasive procedures such as blood draws. Research site located in Chicago, Ill.

Smoking Cessation

A study to evaluate a new investigational medication to determine if it will help people stop smoking. Volunteers 18 - 75 who smoke a minimum of 10 cigarettes per day, have never taken Zyban, weigh 100+ pounds, and want to quit may be eligible. Research site located in Nashville, Tenn.
