A research study of an investigational medication for the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Volunteers who often suffer from symptoms such as nausea, indigestion, bloating, stomach pain, vomiting, and feeling full shortly after meals may be eligible. Research site located in Raleigh, NC.
A research study for children and adolescents with hypothalamic obesity. Volunteers between 6 - 17 who have been diagnosed with hypothalamic obesity, whose doctor feels that the child's weight is inadequately controlled within a year since their hypothalamic injury or tumor, and who have greater than 120 percent of ideal body weight or have a body mass index that is greater or equal to 27 may be eligible. Research site located in Pittsburgh, Pa.
A research study of an investigational oral medication for the treatment of severe chronic hand dermatitis. Volunteers between the ages of 18 and 75 who have a history of chronic hand dermatitis for at least six months that has not responded to topical therapy may be eligible. Research site located in Denver, Colo.
