Obesity

A research study for children and adolescents with hypothalamic obesity. Volunteers between 6 - 17 who have been diagnosed with hypothalamic obesity, whose doctor feels that the child's weight is inadequately controlled within a year since their hypothalamic injury or tumor, and who have greater than 120 percent of ideal body weight or have a body mass index that is greater or equal to 27 may be eligible. Research site located in Pittsburgh, Pa.

Hand Dermatitis

A research study of an investigational oral medication for the treatment of severe chronic hand dermatitis. Volunteers between the ages of 18 and 75 who have a history of chronic hand dermatitis for at least six months that has not responded to topical therapy may be eligible. Research site located in Denver, Colo.
