A study to evaluate the efficacy, safety and tolerability of an investigational medication in the treatment of children and adolescents with bipolar disorder type I. Volunteers 7-18 who have symptoms of manic behavior consistent with a diagnosis of bipolar disorder type I may be eligible. Research site located in Boston, Massachusetts.

Lung Cancer

A study to find out if an experimental drug can shrink or slow the growth of non-small cell lung cancer when it is given with chemotherapy and radiotherapy in subjects who have received no other primary treatment. Volunteers at least 18 years old who have been diagnosed with non-small-cell lung cancer may be eligible. Research site located in New York, New York.
